Authulux offers direct buyouts for your new and gently used designer items. No waiting for your items to sell! Our process is Fast, Easy and Safe.
SUBMIT YOUR ITEM FOR QUOTE:
To submit an item for a quote, simply click "Sell to Us" at the top of our page. You will be prompted to create an account and submit your item. You will receive a quote via email within 3-4 days. We are confident that we are offering you the best buyout pricing around. If you find a better buyout quote from another reputable reseller, we will happily match their quote. Our quotes are valid for 30 days.
SHIPPING YOUR ITEM:
After you accept our offer you will receive a prepaid shipping label for you to print and use to mail us your item. Please wrap the item for safe transit and include packaging material so there is no empty space. We ask that you ship the item within 7 days after accepting our quote.
INSURANCE:
Note that our label does not include insurance. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items. If you wish to insure your item, you can select the insurance coverage option and the cost will be deducted from your payout. If you select insurance coverage, make sure you take photos of the package before you ship it. These pictures are crucial for filing claims if a package is lost or damaged.
PAYMENTS:
You will be notified via email after we receive your item. Please allow 10 days after receipt for us to unbox, inspect/authenticate before we issue you your payment.
Payments will be sent via PayPal Family & Friends. You must have an individual PayPal account to avoid any fees.
AUTHENTICATION:
Please do not send us an item that you are not confident is authentic. If we deem your item to be fake we will charge you $250.
WHY WAS MY ITEM REJECTED?:
We do our best to make offers on as many items as we can. If your item was rejected it was either because we determined there is low demand or we already have too many similar items in stock. Feel free to wait a few months and resubmit as the market may change.
